I offer psychotherapy for individual adults, teens, and children. Coming to therapy requires significant courage and vulnerability; it is initiating a process of change, and when things change, they often do so in ways we don't expect. So whether you are coming in on your own or sending your child, know that I am respectful of the way things have been, and careful in helping you navigate your path forward.
As your therapist, it is my job to evoke and support your natural tendency toward health. Together, we’ll explore both your hopes and your struggles. In doing so, the knots that restrict your authentic expression will come to light and gradually unwind, allowing for a fuller and more satisfying experience in the world.
I have found that, among other things, I work well with people experiencing any of the following:
Depression and Anxiety
Shyness
Low self-esteem
Decision making
Relationship Issues
Trauma
